The Grand Plymouth

The Grade II listed Grand Hotel is situated on the Hoe, Plymouth and is currently undergoing a total refurbishment and conversion into 24 classical apartments and penthouses, enjoying striking views across the Hoe and the Sound together with a restaurant.

Many original features will be restored and retained including original elegant staircases and fireplaces, which have been in safe storage since the hotel was damaged by fire in 2003.
